Reverse Osmosis System

Reverse osmosis is the filtration of the minerals in the solution containing dissolved salts by applying a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure and only the purified water remains.

Osmosis is a phenomenon which develops spontaneously in nature. It is the process of passing water from a less dense environment to a very dense environment. Reverse osmosis is the filtration of the minerals in the solution containing dissolved salts by applying a pressure higher than the osmotic pressure and only the purified water remains.

Fouling and clogging occurs over time on the membrane pores during the filtering of pressurized water from the membrane. A chemical called antiscalant should be used to prevent this. Waterland prevents clogging by 99% with its own product Hydrodis R 859 Antiscalant.

In practice, mostly used to treat salt water into fresh water according to its intended use. It can pay for itself in a short time although it is known as an expensive technology. Automatic operation with SCADA system provides care free operation after the first installation. Reverse osmosis equipments and chemicals may vary change depending on the purpose of water use. Waterland always offers you the most suitable systems through its qualified engineers with the best price.
